Sure, I love a 12-week program, 1-month challenges, and 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another challenge? Maybe but how about we stick to a permanent lifestyle change. When working with clients, I have built my company from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan or workout, my team and I teach you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle change. I am a life coach, educational leader, fitness specialist, masters athlete, and human first. Together we are a support system that builds healthier and stronger communities of like minded people. Can I change or add programs if I need to?
We encourage you to reach out for a consultation so that we provide you with a program that is the best fit. If you need to change or add a program we can make changes as we see fit.
Are these programs for people who do Crossfit?
Our programs are for our busy professionals who enjoy high intensity workouts. Some of our clients do participate in Crossfit, boxing and even Zumba Strong. However, it is not required that you are a part of one or any of those training programs.
Are your fitness specialists nutritionists?
We make diet recommendations based on your weight and other measurements that you track in our app. We advised all clients to reach out to their personal medical professionals regarding nutrition. You must also let us know about any medical restrictions, injuries or limitations you may have so that you are successful in your health and wellness journey with us.
